Sometimes your asked to do things you’re not really into… Here’s an example.
I was asked to remix this pop (???) ballad, but I don’t create this type of stuff normally… I don’t have anything against these types of songs. I just don’t make them (often). BUT —> you never know where things will lead, so I tried.
All they gave me was an audio file of these sped up vocals. They wanted the remix to be faster.
I ended up doing two versions, one (posted here) and another that is more of a “vibe” mix with no drums.
